How can I log in to Customer Service Login (ICS)?
To log in to ICS please use your phone number without the leading '0' as your login in ID. For example: if your phone number is 03894455660, then your login ID is 3894455660 (note the '0' in the beginning is missing). Enter the password in the password field. The password was sent to you when you received the new phone connection. If you have forgotten your password, please contact the Help Desk.

What is the Regular Package?
The Regular package is ideal for home users and small businesses. This package offers a complete range of affordable telecom solutions at competitive rates. It offers Economy ISD call rate to 55 countries with lowest call rate of Tk.7.5 per minute and PeoplesTel to PeoplesTel call rate of Tk.0.25 per minute. What is WLL Internet?
Wireless Local Loop (WLL) Internet service can be accessed if you have a fixed wireless handset with data connectivity. It uses a 3G technology called Evolution-Data Optimised (EVDO), available in CDMA2000 networks. The available data rate is up to 155Mbps, which is approximately 3 times faster than 56K dial-up Internet service. It is not available in our wired network. What is Wired Internet?
This is available if you have a wired phone connection. You need a standard dial-up modem to connect. Please check the Internet packages for pricing.
